- Clear steps to reproduce
- What you expected vs what happened
- Diagnostics text copied from in-app Settings (if available)
Quick Troubleshooting
Sync not updating
- Confirm iCloud is enabled for the app
- Check network connection on both devices
- Reopen the app and wait for sync
Share invite not appearing
- Use “Resend invite” to generate a fresh link
- Accept link on the target device in the app
- Confirm both devices are signed into iCloud
Purchase not unlocked
- Use “Restore Version 1 Lifetime Unlock”
- Verify same Apple account used for purchase
- Relaunch app after restore
