What to include in support requests

Quick Troubleshooting

Sync not updating

  • Confirm iCloud is enabled for the app
  • Check network connection on both devices
  • Reopen the app and wait for sync

Share invite not appearing

  • Use “Resend invite” to generate a fresh link
  • Accept link on the target device in the app
  • Confirm both devices are signed into iCloud

Purchase not unlocked

  • Use “Restore Version 1 Lifetime Unlock”
  • Verify same Apple account used for purchase
  • Relaunch app after restore
