Family Medical Tracker is operated by Sonic Wall LLC ("Family Medical Tracker", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Family Medical Tracker mobile app and related services.

- Support communications about the app

3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you enter information

- From Apple services you use with the app (CloudKit, StoreKit, notifications)
- From profile sharing and sync activity
4. How We Use Information
- Provide core app features (tracking, reminders, records, sharing)
- Sync and share your data through iCloud/CloudKit
- Deliver local notification reminders
- Process and restore in-app purchase entitlements
- Troubleshoot reliability and support issues
- Comply with legal requirements
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- With Apple services (CloudKit, StoreKit, push notifications)
- With people you explicitly choose to share a profile with
- With service providers supporting app operations (if used)
- For legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or rights protection
- As part of a business transfer, if one occurs
6. No Sale of Personal Data / No Ad Tracking
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not include third-party ad SDKs for behavioral advertising in the app.
7. Data Retention
We retain data as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.
- Your records remain until deleted by you.
- Shared data remains shared until revoked by the owner or left by a participant.
- Deleting the app does not automatically delete iCloud-synced data in your Apple account.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit. For synced data, we rely on Apple platform and iCloud/CloudKit security controls.
No security method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Edit or delete profiles and records in-app
- Manage sharing (share, revoke, leave shared profiles)
- Control permissions (contacts, calendar, photos, camera, notifications)
- Request access/correction/deletion via contact below, where applicable
10. Consumer Health Data Notice

11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 as standalone users. If you believe a child submitted personal information improperly, contact us and we will review and address the request.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice if required by law.
