Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Family Medical Tracker (the "App"), operated by Sonic Wall LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Family Medical Tracker is an organizational tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.
- In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.
4. Account, Device, and iCloud
The App relies on Apple services (including iCloud/CloudKit and StoreKit) for sync, sharing, and purchases. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to compatible devices and Apple services
- Keeping your device and Apple account secure
- Ensuring sharing recipients are people you trust
5. Shared Profiles
When you share a profile, participants you invite may access shared data according to granted permissions.
- You can revoke access by stopping sharing.
- Participants can leave shared profiles.
- You are responsible for invite distribution and recipient trust decisions.
6. Purchases and Trial
The App may include a free trial period and a one-time in-app purchase for Version 1 Lifetime Access.
- The current intended price is $3.99 USD (one-time), subject to App Store display at checkout.
- Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms.
- Restore is available for eligible previous purchases using the same Apple account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass protections in the App
- Interfere with App operation, services, or security mechanisms
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or to protect security, legal compliance, or users.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sonic Wall LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
