How does sync work?

The app uses iCloud/CloudKit to sync records across your devices and to support profile sharing when you choose to share.

Can I share a profile with other people?

Yes. You can share a profile via iCloud invite link and revoke access at any time.

Can one profile be shared with multiple people?

Yes. The same invite link can be used for multiple recipients when the share remains active.

Do shared users get their own notifications?

Yes. Notifications are managed per device/profile settings. Shared users can control local notification behavior on their own device.

Is there a pet profile option?

Yes. You can create both human and pet profiles.

Does the app support “as needed” reminders?

Yes. Daily, weekly, and as-needed reminder options are available.

What does it cost?

The app includes a 10-day free trial, then a one-time $3.99 USD purchase for Version 1 Lifetime Access (including all 1.x updates), subject to App Store checkout display.

What if I change devices?

Install the app on the new device and use "Restore Version 1 Lifetime Unlock" to refresh purchase entitlement for the same Apple account.

Are critical alerts available?

Critical alert support is planned and marked "coming soon" while Apple entitlement review is finalized.

Is this app a replacement for medical advice?

No. Family Medical Tracker is an organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
