Delete My Data

You can delete your records directly in the app and/or request assistance from support.

Delete data in the app

  1. Open Family Medical Tracker.
  2. Open the profile picker ("Profiles").
  3. For any profile that is currently shared, stop sharing first.
  4. Delete profile records and/or the profile itself as needed.
  5. Repeat on any additional local profiles you want removed.

Remove app data from your device

  1. Delete the app from your device.
  2. If needed, review iCloud settings for app data management under your Apple ID settings.
