Delete My Data
You can delete your records directly in the app and/or request assistance from support.
Delete data in the app
- Open Family Medical Tracker.
- Open the profile picker ("Profiles").
- For any profile that is currently shared, stop sharing first.
- Delete profile records and/or the profile itself as needed.
- Repeat on any additional local profiles you want removed.
Remove app data from your device
- Delete the app from your device.
- If needed, review iCloud settings for app data management under your Apple ID settings.

with subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The Apple ID email used on your device (do not send passwords)
- Any relevant profile names
- Whether sharing was enabled for those profiles
Deletion propagation timing may vary due to iCloud synchronization.
