This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Family Medical Tracker Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by applicable U.S. state laws.

- Health-related notes and free-form entries
- Photos or documents you attach to health records
- Inferences needed to provide reminder and history functionality

- From device features you authorize (photos, camera, selected contacts/calendar details)
- From profile sharing workflows you initiate or accept through CloudKit
3. Purposes for Collection and Use
- Provide app features for health record tracking and reminders
- Sync and share records through iCloud/CloudKit at your direction
- Provide support and maintain app reliability/security
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Categories of Consumer Health Data Shared
- With Apple services needed to operate the app (for example, CloudKit)
- With participants you choose to share with
- With processors/service providers acting on our behalf (if used)
- When legally required
We do not sell consumer health data for monetary consideration.
